Why this training?

Safety First

If you are a coach or space holder (or wish to become one), it's imperative that you are a safe, trustworthy and regulated container for your clients. With so many people coming to seek help due to heightened levels of stress and unresolved trauma, it's imperative that we know how to support their nervous systems through our own presence, verbal and non verbal communication, and our own self awareness. You learn the basics of this in this training.

A Holistic Lens

Healing doesn't happen just by addressing our thoughts and beliefs, nor does it happen just from addressing our body. It happens through taking a wider objective lens and looking at the entirety of our clients experience. Their phsyical, mental, emotional and environmental influences which shape the way they see and operate within the world today.

Confidence

Your client will sense it if you aren't confident at what you do. Especially if they struggle with anxiety or have unresolved trauma. They will be seeking an energetic space which can 'hold' all of what they want to unpack and navigate. If you aren't feeling confident in your work, it's important to address it and to learn how to overcome feelings of imposter syndrome, as well as develop your own intuition. This short course helps you start that journey.
