A Mastermind for Female Entrepreneurs Ready to Hold More
6 women | 4 months | Jan 2027
The ceiling most entrepreneurs hit is not a 'strategy problem' alone. It is an identity problem. A nervous system problem. A deeply human problem of trying to expand into a version of yourself your body doesn't yet feel safe being
You are be here because
You have built a business that works. Your clients get results. Your work is good.
And yet there is a ceiling you keep brushing up against — in your revenue, your visibility, your capacity to receive what you actually desire.
You've done the strategy. The courses, the launches, the coaches who gave you frameworks and blueprints. And still something pulls you back.
Not because the strategy was wrong — but because the identity underneath it hasn't caught up yet.
You are tired of performing a version of success that doesn't quite fit. You want to build from the inside out — in a way that feels steady, true, and genuinely yours.
You know you are ready for the next level. What you are less sure of is whether you are ready to be the person that level requires.
Psychotherapist · Business Mentor · Author · Founder of The Soul Institute
I know what it means to build something that matters — and to watch it fall apart. That collapse became my most important qualification.
I am a qualified psychotherapist, a business mentor, a published author, and the founder of The Soul Institute. But before any of that, I was an entrepreneur who lost everything.
I built my first business 10 years ago, as a clinical nutritionist — scaling it into retail, retreats, product lines, television, and a restaurant. What looked like success from the outside was, on the inside, a house built on capacity I didn't actually have. And when it came crashing down, it came down hard. Near bankruptcy. Financial collapse. The kind of season that strips everything back to what is real.
That experience didn't break me. It taught me what no business course ever could. It taught me that the ceiling most entrepreneurs hit is not a strategy problem. It is an identity problem. A nervous system problem. A deeply human problem of trying to expand into a version of yourself your body doesn't yet feel safe being.
Since rebuilding, I have worked across every format and context you could imagine — private psychotherapy practice, group programs, 1:1 business mentorship, world-wide retreats, consulting for high end corporations + resorts, publishing, and public speaking.
I completed two years of training with Dr Gabor Maté, back in 2022 — because I understood that the deepest business work and the deepest personal work are the same work - and that compassion is the antidote to so much of the internal pressure which keeps us stuck.
BECOMING exists because I wish I had had this room when I needed it most.

You are established, and still hitting a ceiling
You are earning USD $8k–$20k per month and have been for a while — but scaling past that point feels heavier than it should. You keep hitting the same invisible wall and you are beginning to suspect it has nothing to do with your strategy.
Your work is good and you know it
You are a coach, therapist, wellness practitioner, or service-based founder/creative doing meaningful, ethical work. You are ready to be compensated and recognised at the level your work actually deserves.
You have tried the outer work
You have done the courses, the launches, the business coaches who gave you frameworks. And while things have grown, something underneath hasn't shifted. You know the next move is an inside one.
You expand better in a room
You want to do this alongside a small group of likeminded women who understand — who will mirror your patterns back, hold you accountable, and celebrate your expansion without agenda. The peer element is not a compromise. It is part of the medicine.
You are ready to be truly led
You are ready to be held by someone who carries both the clinical depth and the lived experience. Who will not collude with your stuckness — and will not shame you for having it.
The journey
Each month of BECOMING builds on the last — moving from the foundation of identity inward through nervous system capacity, money and receiving, visibility, strategy, and integration. This is not a curriculum you consume. It is a process you inhabit.
We begin with an honest examination of who you have been building as — the identity, the beliefs, the capacity, and the unconscious ceiling that sits underneath your current level. Before we expand anything, we understand what is currently containing you.
You cannot affirm your way into receiving what your nervous system still registers as a threat. This month we go directly into your relationship with money, worth, and what it means to be someone who is fully, unapologetically paid.
Being fully seen at the next level requires a different version of you than the one who got here. We work on what it means to lead — your audience, your team, your industry — from a place of identity rather than performance.
Strategy built on an expanded identity looks entirely different from strategy built on fear. This month we look at your offers, your model, and your growth plan through the lens of who you are now — not who you were when you first built this.
What BECOMING includes
Bi-Monthly Group Sessions
Two 90-minute live sessions each month — one anchored in identity and inner work, one in strategy and integration. Both led directly by Nikki. Not a team, not a substitute facilitator.
Monthly Hot Seats
Each call includes a dedicated hot seat — one member receives extended, focused attention from Nikki and the group. Over four months, every person in the room holds this seat multiple times.
Bounded Voice Note Access
Between sessions, you have direct voice note access to Nikki within designated hours. For the moments that can't wait for the next call — a decision, a fear, a breakthrough that needs witnessing.
Private Community Space
A private space for the cohort to connect, share, and support one another between calls. The peer element of BECOMING is not incidental — the room itself is part of the transformation.
The Compassionate Inquiry Framework
Nikki's training with Dr Gabor Maté is woven throughout — bringing a depth of somatic and psychological inquiry that goes far beyond what most business containers offer.
An Intimate Cohort
A maximum of 6 people. This is not a group program. It is a mastermind — which means the quality of the room, and the relationships inside it, are held to the highest standard.
Investment
Payment plans available: 4 x $1,500
4 months · 6 people · Application only · Beginning January 2027 · Fully virtual · Global cohort
"The ceiling most entrepreneurs hit is not a strategy problem. It is an identity problem. A nervous system problem. A deeply human problem of trying to expand into a version of yourself your body doesn't yet feel safe being."

How to apply
This is not a program you can simply purchase. Every person who enters this container is chosen with care — because the quality of the room is inseparable from the depth of the work.
Step 01 — Submit Your Application
Complete the application form where you share where you are, what you are navigating, and why BECOMING feels like the right room for you right now (you'll find the link below).
Step 02 — Clarity Call with Nikki
If your application resonates, you will be invited to a 30-minute call. This is a genuine conversation — not a sales call. We both need to feel it is the right fit.
Step 03 — An Offer or a Redirect
If it is a yes from both sides, you will receive an invitation to join by which you will need to confirm within 24 hours. If not, Nikki will point you toward the right next step — whether that is a different offer or a different timing.
Spaces are strictly limited to 6 per cohort. Applications close when the cohort is filled.
