Meet The Humans Behind The Scenes

Meet the heart-led team holding space for your growth, clarity, and expansion.

At The Soul Institute, we don’t just teach compassion — we embody it. Our team is made up of coaches, therapists, and creative minds who are deeply committed to walking their talk. Each of us brings our own lived experience, professional expertise, and trauma-informed approach to the work we do — so you feel seen, supported, and safe at every step of your journey.

We’re not here to fix you. We’re here to walk beside you — as you remember your worth, reclaim your voice, and rise into your fullest potential.

Raven Dunk

Director & Co-founder

Raised in Bali, Raven brings a rare balance of soul and strategy to The Soul Institute. With a background as the former Creative Director of Aum Rudraksha Designs, he has spent years immersed in the sacred, the symbolic, and the practical — walking alongside spiritual traditions while keeping both feet firmly on the ground.

A lifelong advocate for personal growth and grounded living, Raven offers creative and strategic direction that keeps our mission aligned, authentic, and sustainable. His quiet strength, vision, and deep reverence for healing guide the heart of our work.

Whether she’s guiding a group, holding space one-on-one, or mentoring the next generation of heart-led practitioners, Nikki meets you where you are — with wisdom, care, and the tools to help you grow into who you’re here to be.

Maria Rachmawati

Coach, Human Design Reader & Head Of Administration

Maria is a coach, Human Design reader, and Head of Administration at The Soul Institute. She spent over a decade in the corporate world, working in oil and gas, software development, and IT consulting, before stepping into the wellness space, where everything began to shift.

Being part of The Soul Institute has not only changed how she works, but how she sees herself. It’s taught her that meaningful work can flow with ease and that structure can exist with softness.

She believes that when we show up with care, honesty, and inner trust, the work becomes more than just a role, it becomes a path back to ourselves.

Felix Victorian

Head Of Marketing

Felix leads marketing at The Soul Institute with a heart-centered and empowering approach.

He began his career in the finance and retail industries, where he built a strong foundation in digital strategy, analytics, brand storytelling, and communication.

Entering the wellness space gave him a new perspective, one where marketing could feel safe, intentional, and deeply human. Being part of The Soul Institute not only changed how he works, but also deepened his connection to himself and the people he serves.

He believes that when rooted in intention and care, marketing can create real connection and long-term impact.

Yuni Sri Wahyuniati

Head Of Accounting

Yuni supports the daily flow of things at The Soul Institute, working behind the scenes to help create balance and clarity.

As a single mom to a bright, curious three-year-old daughter, she is deeply grateful for the space this work gives her — to grow professionally while being fully present in motherhood.

She believes in working with intention, honesty, and care, knowing that every little piece contributes to something bigger.

Gabriella DeMori

Pyschotherapist & Facilitator - Compassion Focused Coaching

Gabriella de Mori is a Registered Clinical Counsellor & meditation coach with more than 15 years of experience working in Australia and internationally.

She works with individuals and couples in her successful bespoke private practice that specialises in Somatic Internal Family Systems therapy.  Her mission is to provide supportive heart-centred services that privilege self-esteem, emotional intelligence and healthy relationships without a clinical or psychological lense.

One of her greatest joys is helping clients to meet their Inner World, including the parts they love and the parts they don’t understand. She loves guiding clients to relate to the parts of them they don’t like, to show them they aren’t bad or shameful parts, but misunderstood parts that have been working incredibly hard to protect them from their deepest fears.

Training in somatic parts of work has dramatically changed and inspired her work and she sees the benefits of this unique approach with her clients, especially in addressing the parts of clients that are less compassionate, especially inner criticism and shame.
