If These Feel Familiar… You’re in the Right Place

You Care About Creating Safety First

If you're a coach, therapist, or space holder (or you want to be), then you already know: your clients need to feel safe with you. Not just emotionally, but physically and energetically, too.
In this training, you’ll learn how to become a regulated, trustworthy presence—so your words, your energy, and even your silence help your clients feel grounded and supported.

Especially when they come to you holding stress, overwhelm, or trauma in their nervous system.

You Want to See the Whole Picture

You know healing isn’t just mindset.
And it’s not just the body either.
This training will help you look at your clients through a truly holistic lens—considering their mental, emotional, physical, and environmental realities.
Because real transformation happens when you see the whole person.

You Want to Feel Truly Confident in Your Work

Your clients can feel it when you're second-guessing yourself.
Especially the ones who already carry anxiety or trauma.
They’re looking for someone who can hold their experience with calm, solid presence.
If imposter syndrome, doubt, or perfectionism is holding you back, this training will help you work through that—so you can start trusting your intuition and owning your space.

What You’ll Walk Away With (That Most Coaches Are Missing):

1️⃣ The real reason so many coaches struggle to hold deep, compassionate space—and how to shift it (hint: it’s probably not what you think)

2️⃣ A clear understanding of what “safety” actually means in a client relationship—and the 3 things you need to start integrating right away

3️⃣ The concept of “spaciousness” through a trauma-informed lens—how to create more room for big emotions without overwhelming your clients

4️⃣ 3 simple but powerful micro-communication tools that help clients feel seen, heard, and deeply understood

5️⃣ A whole-body approach to coaching—why combining top-down and bottom-up tools creates real transformation

6️⃣ The #1 practice to move through imposter syndrome and finally feel proud, aligned, and courageous in your work

7️⃣ What ethical care and long-term growth actually look like as a space holder—and why your evolution matters just as much as your tools

PLUS! You’ll receive a bonus 75-minute webinar recording. In this special session (originally hosted by Nikki for a group of psychologists, coaches, and practitioners), you’ll learn how to safely and compassionately hold space when clients experience big, difficult emotions. Discover the basics of emotional avoidance and shame, how these beliefs often develop in childhood, and a series of cognitive and somatic practices you can integrate into your sessions right away

This bonus training will deepen your understanding and give you even more tools to support your clients when they need it most.

Imagine a newfound sense of confidence in yourself which ripples into transformative client experiences
