Hi! I'm Nikki...
And I’ve worn many hats over my 13+ years in business —psychotherapist, coach, author of the book 'Good Enough', yoga teacher, clinical nutritionist, Wellness Director, consultant, retreat leader, and entrepreneur - I’ve built, pivoted, and evolved multiple times over.
I know firsthand the highs and lows of entrepreneurship - navigating the loneliness, the hours upon hours of study, the financial distress, the imposter syndrome... and also the celebratory wins, the financial milestones, the heart bursting feeling of witnessing your clients transform in front of your eyes.
I've experienced near bankruptcy, financial hardship & the shame of having to close a business close to my heart.
And I grew, and learned the art of resiliency - picking myself up and taking everything I had learned to create the business I have today.
I don't hide any of this from you in this program - I believe in leading with an open-book approach so others can learn from my experiences.
For years, I was caught in the hustle, trying to do it all, trapped in comparison and feeling afraid to be seen as the practitioner I am today.
